BioNumerics 6.1 & GelCompar 6.1

BioNumerics is a uniquely comprehensive software for analysis of all types of  biological data especially gel patterns, phenotypic and sequence data. BioNumerics and GelCompar (a version for gel data only) are the world's leading software for microbial fingerprinting, epidemiology, systematics, genomics and data mining.

BioNumerics consists of database modules for each type of data which are chosen according to your applications and analysis modules (see below). You will need at least one database module + one analysis module. You may add any module at a later date if desired and also change from GelCompar to BioNumerics.
